Nex-Tech Announces Re-Election of CEO Jimmy Todd to Fiber Broadband Association’s Board of Directors
Lenora, KS 12/19/2024 – Nex-Tech is proud to announce the re-election of our CEO and General Manager, Jimmy Todd, to the Fiber Broadband Association’s (FBA) Board of Directors for a second consecutive three-year term. This re-election underscores Jimmy Todd’s unwavering commitment and significant contributions to the fiber broadband industry.
The Fiber Broadband Association, the largest trade association representing the complete fiber ecosystem, has expanded its 2025 Board of Directors to support organizational growth and lead its members through the largest fiber broadband investment cycle in history. The 2025 Board, which includes an additional member this year, will continue to grow over the next two years, reaching a total of 12 members by 2027.
Jimmy Todd has been an integral part of the FBA Board, having served as Chair of the 2024 Board of Directors, Vice Chair of the 2023 Board, and Secretary of the 2022 Board. His leadership and expertise have been pivotal in advancing the association’s mission to accelerate connectivity across North America and close the Digital Divide.

In addition to his role on the Board, Jimmy Todd has launched and co-chaired FBA’s Precision Agriculture Working Group and participated in various committees, including Public Policy, Education, Technology, Deployment Specialists, and Marketing. His re-election is a testament to his outstanding contributions and the trust placed in him by his peers.
The 2025 Board of Directors elections were held at the Fiber Broadband Association’s 2024 Premier Members Meeting on December 9-10 in Islamorada, Florida. The new Board will begin its term on January 1, 2025, with a focus on guiding the industry through this crucial period of growth and innovation.
