Interconnect Policy

Nex-Tech meets or exceeds the requirements set forth by the FCC’s Internet Policy Statement, FCC 05-151, adopted August 5, 2005 regarding non-discrimination and actively encourages broadband deployment and the preservation and promotion of the open and interconnected nature of the public Internet.

All network management practices and acceptable uses are posted on Nex-Tech’s website.

Nex-Tech connects broadband subscribers in served areas in a non-discriminatory manner; allowing lawful Internet content and applications without giving preference to any specific applications or the content of a specific company.
