Accessing Your Mailbox
To access your mailbox, dial *15 from your home phone or dial the access number found at the bottom of this page. Enter your password (PIN) when prompted. This will be set up at the time you add voicemail to your account. You can also access your mailbox by calling your own number and pressing the * key during the greeting.

Setting Up Your Mailbox
Setting up your mailbox involves setting up your password (PIN), recording your name, and choosing a greeting. This process ensures your mailbox is personalized and secure.
You can access your mailbox from any telephone by calling your own phone number. When you start to hear your greeting, press * on the telephone keypad. Enter your current password when prompted.

First Time Sign-In
During your first-time sign-in, you’ll be prompted to:
- Select your preferred language.
- Enter and confirm a new password (PIN).
- Record your name. (See Recording a Name for more details.)
- Choose a greeting to play to callers. (See Recording a Greeting for more details.)

Changing Your Password
To change your password (PIN):
- Access your mailbox.
- Navigate to the Mailbox Settings menu.
- Select the option for security to change your password.
- Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm it.

Recording a Name
The first time you log into your mailbox, you will be prompted to record your name. You must take less than ten seconds to record your name. If your recording is longer than ten seconds, you are prompted to re-record your name.
To record your name:
- When prompted, record your name by speaking clearly and press # when you are finished.
- Your recorded name will be played back to you.
- Press # to accept the recording.
- Press 1 to re-record your name.
- To change your recorded name:
- Access your mailbox and navigate to the mailbox or personal settings menu, available from the main menu.
- Select the option to change your recorded name and follow the instructions above.

Recording a Greeting
It is recommended that you keep your greeting concise and to the point, no longer than thirty seconds.
To record a greeting:
- Access your mailbox and navigate to the Greetings menu.
- Select the type of greeting you want to record. Options include personal, extended absence, busy, and out-of-hours greetings.
- Follow the prompts to record your greeting. Press # when you are finished recording.
After you have recorded your greeting, it is played back to you, and you are provided with three options:
- Press # to accept the greeting.
- Press 1 to re-record the greeting.
- Once you have accepted the recording, it will be set as your active greeting, and callers will hear it when they reach your voicemail.

Main Menu
The Main Menu is the starting point for managing your mailbox. From here, you can listen to messages, send messages, manage greetings, change settings, and more.
The following options are available to you:
- To listen to your messages, press 1. If you do not have any messages, you will not hear this prompt at the Main Menu.
- To send a message to another voicemail subscriber, press 2.
- To manage your greetings, press 3 to record or change your personal, extended absence, busy, or out-of-hours greetings.
- To change your settings, press 4.
- To access deleted messages, press 6. If you do not have any deleted messages, you will not hear this prompt at the Main Menu.
- To listen to helpful hints, press 0.
- To exit the voicemail system, press * or hang up.

Listening to Your Messages
By default, you will hear information about each message before you listen to it. The information will include the telephone number of the person leaving you the message, as well as the time and date the message was recorded. If you wish to disable the time and date stamp, choose the Mailbox settings from the Main menu and then navigate to the Notification settings.
To listen to your messages:
- Access your mailbox and press 1 to listen to your new and saved messages. You will have an option to listen to either new, saved, or erased messages.
After listening to a message, you can use various playback controls to manage the message.
- Press 1 to repeat the message.
- Press 2 to save the message.
- Press 3 to delete the message
- Press 4 to reply to the message.
- Press 5 to forward the message to another voicemail subscriber.
- Press # to leave the message as-is and go to the next message.

Changing Mailbox Settings
The Mailbox Settings menu offers a variety of features to help you manage your voicemail and account settings efficiently. Here are the key features available:
- Change Password (PIN): You can change your password by selecting the option to change your PIN and following the prompts to enter and confirm a new password.
- Manage Greetings: You can set up and manage different types of greetings, such as personal, extended absence, busy, and out-of-hours greetings.
- Notification Settings: You can configure how you receive notifications for new messages, including options for email and SMS notifications.
- Security Settings: You can adjust security settings, such as enabling or disabling the time and date stamp for messages.
- Group Mailbox Settings: If you have a group mailbox, you can manage settings for the group, including creating and managing group lists.
- Hands-Free and Timesaver Options: These options allow you to streamline your voicemail experience by enabling features like automatic playback of messages and skipping certain prompts.
- Advanced Call Features: You can manage advanced call features like Find Me Follow Me, Call Jump (In Call Transfer), and Incoming Call Manager.
