While upgrade campaigns and customer education were helpful, it didn’t solve the problem for all customers, leaving many with a lackluster impression of their home Wi-Fi.

By offering a single, high-speed option at an affordable price, we aim to make the lives easier for our customers when it comes to selecting a new and essential service. For decades, Nex-Tech has been at the forefront of deploying fiber-optic networks across rural Kansas. With the infrastructure in place, we decided our customers deserved to experience the full advantage of the network, so we took away all speed restrictions and gave every fiber customer the very best we had to offer. Not only did we make 1 Gig service the standard speed option, we also made sure to include every facet of the customer experience by including the on-site technician installation, a dual-band router, maintenance and support, and a Wi-Fi manager app.
