This includes on-site technician installation, a dual-band router, maintenance and support, and a Wi-Fi manager app. By retaining ownership of the equipment, Nex-Tech takes on the responsibility of any hardware issues, ensuring that our customers are not charged for repairs or replacements.

We had some customers that took rate increases with speed increases, and we also had some that saw their price drop. We went through several versions of the plan before we finalized!  And no, not everyone was 100% convinced this was the best decision to roll out! Overall, I think it’s been positive for both customers and our team. We have seen over 3% growth in customers since launching the plans in February.
