How I use AI to boost my productivity every day.

AI is not just a buzzword, it’s a powerful tool that can help you get more done in less time. Here are my top 5 ways I use AI (specifically CoPilot) to improve my productivity every day! 

• To write posts. I create a couple of posts per week on LinkedIn, where I share my insights and opinions on various topics. I start by writing down my main points, then I ask the AI to check my post and add suggestions. The AI helps me improve my grammar, style, and clarity, and sometimes gives me new ideas to explore. I don’t just let the AI write the post for me, because I want to keep my own voice and personality. 
• To work with Excel. I do a lot of data analysis and reporting in Excel, and I often need help with formulas or formatting. The AI can help me with that, by suggesting the best way to write a formula, or by cleaning up a spreadsheet and making it more readable. The AI saves me a lot of time and frustration and helps me avoid errors. 
• To create PowerPoint presentations. Sometimes I need to turn a rough outline into a polished presentation, and the AI can help me with that too. The AI can suggest changes to the layout, design, and content of my slides, and help me make them more engaging and effective. The AI also helps me spark my creativity, by showing me different ways to present my information. I don’t always use the AI’s recommendations, but they often inspire me to come up with my own. 
• To take notes in Teams. I use Teams for most of my meetings and collaborations, and the AI helps me take better notes. The AI can summarize the main points of the meeting and highlight the action items and follow-ups. The AI also helps me organize my notes and share them with others. The AI makes sure I don’t miss anything important and helps me keep track of my tasks. 
• To do research. I love the fact that AI can search both internal and external sources for information. The AI can help me find relevant documents, articles, or websites, based on my query. The AI can also filter and rank the results and show me the most useful ones. The AI is much faster and smarter than a typical search engine and helps me find the information I need.
