We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully reached our sponsorship goal for this year. As a result, we are no longer accepting sponsorship requests for 2025.
However, if you have a sponsorship request for 2026, we encourage you to complete our Sponsorship & Donation Request Form to be considered for next year’s opportunities.

Looking for a donation or sponsorship for your club, team, or non-profit?
Use the form links to submit your request to ensure your request goes through the correct process.
What should you know?
- Requests are reviewed twice per month.
- If your request is $2,000 or larger, please provide additional information on:
- Fundraising efforts
- Other donors and amounts received (if applicable)
- Total of project or item
- Hundreds of requests are received each year. Because of this, we ask that you submit your request at least 6 weeks prior to your ‘need to know by’ date.
- You will be notified if your request has been approved or declined.
- At this time, we do not donate to or sponsor individuals or religious affiliations.
If you are requesting to use the Nex-Tech Train or Nex-Tech Grill, you will need to fill out the sponsorship request form and the specific consent form and procedures form.
